How to Return a Product
Should you be unhappy with your purchase due to defect or missing parts, we are happy to refund or replace. Please notify us within 10 days of receiving your order via email to craftyourcalm@outlook.com and we will work towards an acceptable solution. We do not accept returns based on changes of minds or accidental orders, so please consider your order fully before submitting your order.
Refunds and Replacements
After receiving your returned products, we will normally process the refund/replacement within a few days, but in case of busy times, please allow for up to fourteen (14) days of receiving your returned items. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
Damaged orders
Although we do our very best to pack every order with care, there are times when a package might get damaged during it's journey to your door.
If your goods arrive in an unfit state, due to delivery, please contact the courier direct. Details of which will be provided to you on your dispatch notification
