Dispatch Time 

 

All of our Craft Your Calm Kits and Craft Boxes are lovingly and carefully prepared for each of you, therefore please allow 4-5 working days for dispatch during busy times.

Delivery Terms and Conditions

*Free Delivery Over £35 to Mainland UK (Excluding Highlands, Northern Ireland & Islands)

Delivery rates and times will vary depending on postcodes and carrier.

Tracking:

We currently send all parcels via Evri parcel services due to  cost effectiveness and free tracking option. You will be notified of your tracking number within your dispatch email

Orders to Northern Ireland and other Islands

UK Delivery Exceptions:

There are some post codes excluded from normal delivery times in the UK. This means the delivery may take longer than 3-4 working days, or the service may not be available at all. You will be notified and refunded should your address fall under an un-servable one by the courier

Late Deliveries (UK):

If your order has been delivered late you may be entitled to a refund on these costs. Standard delivery services are not guaranteed services and will only be refunded if the time delay is unreasonable.

Craft Your Calm and Rebecca Smith Coaching cannot be held accountable for late deliveries if the courier is at fault. We will not offer compensation or be held accountable unless we have signed a guarantee contract for delivery. If you require a law binding contract, this must be made at least 2 days in advance.

Damaged Orders:

Although we do our very best to pack every order with care, there are times when a package might get damaged during it's journey to your door.

If your goods arrive in an unfit state, please refuse delivery and contact us so we can resend your order quickly and report the damage.

PLEASE NOTE: Currently we have temporarily suspended international orders. This is due to complications with international deliveries as a result of Brexit. We will be looking to reinstate this service as soon as possible.

If you are unable to refuse the delivery and your goods do not arrive in perfect condition, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. Photographic evidence of damage is required or the return of the damaged item in order to request a replacement or refund.
